Coke Chairs

Problem
Coca Cola, makers of the world’s best loved fizzy drink, needed fresh, innovative ideas in the run up to the Cannes Film Festival to reinforce their prominent ‘Share a Coke’ slogan.

Solution
I gave “cracking open a bottle” a whole new meaning. We created life-size Coke bottle sculptures which opened out, transforming into plush chairs where customers could sit, relax and – quite literally – share a Coke.

Result
The feedback from Coca-Cola and Ogilvy’s Graham Fink was overwhelmingly positive. The project is now part of Coca-Cola’s ideas ecosystem and will be used again at a later date.
