The European Fruit of the Loom site employs over 4000 people worldwide, producing over 2 million garments a week. However, their ageing website, which is integral to the success of their business, was difficult to navigate and hard to use. It was in need of serious updating.
The solution was to completely redesign the Fruit of the Loom website from the ground up. We redesigned the database storing all Fruit’s products, making it super easy for them to update the site with new imagery and products every year. We also gave the brand more personality, with a series of illustrations for each part of the site, and icons to make finding users favourite tools as easy as ever.
Since the launch of the site. The response from users and staff has been fantastic. The increased usability has increased user engagement and will undoubtedly affect sales moving forward.
